[Zope-PTK] PTK Newbie Q

Hi everybody.
As I understand it right you can structure your content by adding
"Portalfolders" into a Members Folder, lets say one Folder
"private" for Private stuph and one "business".
Now I want to allow signed-up users to add this folders on their
own in the "MyStuff" Area.
My thoughts on that where the following:
 -> Create a wizard to add the Folder
 -> set the propertie "wizard_action" to a python-function
 -> write a function that adds the folder

Here are my Qs:
1) Are my general thoughts right or is that the wrong way?

2) In which file do I have to put my new function?

3) Or is there a ready function in the PTK I just have to call?
