This is general Zope stuff. Take a look at the ZClass tutorials, the
"How-To: Build a searchable job board" tutorial.

You might even want to splash out and buy the ZClass tutorial by Beehive
GMBH.

I've no idea what it is like, but it doesn't cost much, and that company
seems to know what they're doing with Zope :-)
