[Zope-CMF] beginners question... cmf welcome page?

Hi,

I have just started playing around with Zope/CMF... so I have very basic
question!

I've downloaded zope-2.4 and cmf-1.1. Now, how do I change the front end of
cmf...?
What I want to do know is to upload my web-pages html file to cmf so when I
log in, I want it to look the same...
I want to add some of my own links/options to the box that appears on the
left hand side (i.e....loggers title;Preferences;LogOut; etc....)
