Hi Hasan,
you have to copy an alter parts of the skins your site is using.
The trick is to find out what part goes where.
The general path to follow is
yoursite->portal-skins->contents->any-part->any-sub-part->customise
when you click on the customise button the part in question will be copied
to a skin folder called custom. There you can alter it to your harts
content.
