[Zope-PTK] PTK to CMF (new ptk migration)

I've written a basic step by step walk through on what we've felt is the
best method to migrate from the old PTK to the CMF (new PTK release).  It
touches on some new features of the CMF, such as the skins and how the
stylesheets are now being handled and a quick overview of how to modify them
to customize instances of the CMF installs.  This will also be made
accessible off the PTK site.
