[Zope-CMF] Refactored Skins

Hello!

At long last, I've finished refactoring _all_ of the skins folder. It's been
very educational and I now feel like I actually understand this CMF thing
:-)

Anyway, if anyone wants a copy, just drop me a mail. I'll stick it up on the
dogbowl when I get back into the office tomorrow sometime.

PS: I'm especially keen to hear of any bugs in the refactored skins, I
haven't hammered them hard but I did try to make sure everything worked...
