Thanks for chipping in, Kenneth!
I'd like to invite some enterprising CMF community member to build
Windows-friendly archives of the CMS distribution (i.e., zip files
instead of .tar.gz) and upload them to their member folder on the
dogbowl. I would be happy to link such a tarball from the download
page (but don't have bandwidth to maintain it myself), so send me
the link, please!
