[Zope-CMF] dtml basics!

Hi

Is it possible to write a dtml scrpit to call for the creation of a zwiki?

I want to allow logged in users (other then the super users) to be able to start a wiki page discussion by clicking on a link (ie create a wiki page, then enter the contents...!)
