[Zope-CMF] FW: "Search Path" for skins?

I am following the tutorial by tseaver called "Building a FAQ Content Type
with Zclasses" - http://cmf.zope.org/Members/tseaver/how_tos/faq_howto. I
need some help getting unstuck at Step 7. Specifically, I can't figure out
what a *Skin Search Path* means in the text below.

In your CMFSite's portal_skins, add a new folder, faq_skins. To it, add the
following methods:

Add this folder to the skin search path of the Basic skin (and/or others
germane to your site).
