[Zope-CMF] concerns regarding plone

Hi Alan,
As you say, Plone works without the new features. So we could have had a
V1.0 without them.

I have adapted a number of the scripts (many of the xx_edit.py) to my
likings, and I am in a perpetual need to upgrade them :)

It is not that I do not like the new features. But I really would like to
have a CMF1.3/Plone1.0 pair for the projects I have at hand.
As of feedback.: I have subscribed to the plone-developer list, but did not
see any postings lately. Not even my own posts. That's why I have sendt my
plea to the cmf list.

Again, I do like plone and what happens with it very much.
