[Zope-CMF] How to un-installCMF1.2beta

Good day!
A very newby question!
I have installed CMF1.2 on my system but now, I want to re-install CMF1.1 back on. 

Is there a set procedure for this OR is it just a matter of deleting all the CMF products from /Control_Panel/Products then installing the CMF-1.1?

I don't have many CMF sites and I do realize I may damage the ones I have once I go back to CMF1.1!.
