[Zope-CMF] portal_calendar is invalid [Zope 2.5.1, CMF13b2, Plone099]

Forgive me if this is a really dumb question but how do I download from the
sourceforge CVS? I had already found the link you mentioned...but I could
not find a way to get the files from my Windows platform (and FTP access is
normally barred from behind our filewall.).
