[Zope-CMF] Alternate authentication source

Hi,

I'm looking for an user authentication resource (acl_users like) =
replacament suitable to the CMF.
The users are a subset of a MySQL database, their roles ('Member'...) =
may be computed dynamically from results of queries to the database.
What solutions may be considered ?
