[Zope-CMF] CMF/LDAP auth

[larry_prikockis@NatureServe.org]

I should've specified... I have the CMFLDAP tools installed as well.
What's so puzzling is that I had this whole arrangement working on a test
system last week and now am unable to reproduce it.  I can't figure out what
changed.
