[Zope-CMF] Skin Folders and Performance

It's a valid question. I'd suggest you to test it using CallProfiler, by
measuring the skins(methods) performance at its default place (skins
folder), and then move all of them to the portal root, and perform the test
again.
AFAIK, anyone has made this before.
