[Zope-CMF] What does this error mean???

Hi folks,

I'm trying to install the ParsedXML product.  I
installed PyXML from an RPM as the instructions 
indicated, then installed ParsedXML and restarted
Zope.
I get the following error:

Anyone know what this means?
