[Zope-CMF] how to shorten long CMF/Plone urls for emailing colleagues

if somesite.com/news is the same site and if its pulling the news from the
portal_catalog, then there should be no problem.

A better solution is to modify plone's default naming policy so that you can
give objects the id you want upon instantiation, which could result in url's
like:

somesite.com/Members/awostenberg/vouchers/sow

or even better, not locate docs in Member folders (if this serves your
purpose), and get url's

somesite.com/vouchers/sow
