[Zope-CMF] Security/workflow problems

Hi all

Does anyone know where I might get a list of what the permissions under the
security tab allow users to do.

My workflow seems to have broken allowing all users (user, content authors,
content managers etc.) to publish anywhere whereas only some type of user
should be able to publish, others may have to offer to submit items for
publishing by content managers and other may not have permission to
create/publish content (users).

Hope this makes sense and maybe someone can help.
