[Zope-CMF] CMFCommerce seems to break joining

After using the portal_quickinstaller to install CMFCommerce the
join_form doesn't work.  It will display, however after entering all the
information and hitting 'register' the join_form redisplays with a
orange bar saying "Please correct the indicated errors."  The only
problem is there is no indicated errors and for that matter there isn't
any errors.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  I'm using Zope2.6.1,
python2.1.3, CMF1.3.1, and Plone 1.0.4
