[Zope-CMF] Workflow and email notifications

I'd like to centrally track workflow activities for s ite so reviewers
actions can be more easily tracked and audited.  Reporting by email
would be fine, as would keeping it logged in some central fashion inside
Zope.

What would be an easy way of approaching this?
