[Zope-CMF] [dev] removing deprecated code from HEAD: a proposal

Hi!


CMF 1.5 contains a lot of code that is marked as deprecated. If there 
are no objections, I'll remove all that deprecated code from HEAD.

That would mean that many products written for CMF 1.4 or earlier will 
no longer work with CMF HEAD. Products in the repository like 
CMFCollector and CMFWiki would need changes that break compatibility to 
CMF 1.4.

The DTML skins are no longer maintained and will become more obviously 
broken if the deprecated code is removed. So removing the DTML skins and 
layers is part of this proposal.
