[Zope-CMF] [GenericSetup] Expat parsing error although XML is correct

Solved...my profiles/default/metadata.xml contained an error...
So somehow this error was swallowed but resurrected somehow as a
followup error...completely misleading...I had to patch expatbuilder.py
in order to figure that out...
