[Zope-Coders] How to get going :-)

Some Good Information has gone by, and it would be a Good Thing if we
could capture and consolidate/generalize it.  Perhaps it's already ok, but
i bet CommitterGuidelines and other things could use some adjustment to
reflect these things.

I made slots for the project-specific procedures on that
RepositoryProjects, linked from the header for that project, linking in
brian's new ZopeDevelopmentProcess for the Zope processes one, and filling
in the CMFProcedures with tres' posting.  If you're interested in adding
details for your project, or general details not reflected anywhere yet,
please add them to the areas and eventually we'll revisit and harvest the
general details...
