[Zope-Coders] installer branch

I've done about as much work as I'm going to do on a Zope branch which
makes it possible to do a "./configure; make; make install" Zope source
installation (with much help from Matt Behrens and others).  It's
available on the 'chrism-installer-branch' branch of the Zope module in
CVS.

Features are as follows:

  - configure, make, make install
  - config file with Squid-like directives instead of
    inscrutable envvars and command-line arguments.
  - "zctl" (actually a forked version of Tres' zopectl) makes
    it easier to stop, start, and get status of Zope.

It needs to be tested on non-Linux systems, but I'd like to propose that
it be merged into the trunk after 2.6.0 gets out.
