[Zope-Coders] Zope HEAD test errors on Windows: ZEO!

Hi,

I think I may have found why the Zope HEAD Tests on Windows aren't completing.

I ran them manually with -v 2 and got litterally hundreds of these:

...I think prettymuch all the ZEO tests were failing with this.

Does anyone know what's causing this and how it can be fixed?
