Johan Dahlin checked in some experimental ZEO authentication code.  It
looks like he added the ZEO.auth directory, but forgot to add any of the
code in it.  Perhaps he can fix it right away; if not, I may have a copy
of the code somewhere.

I actually expected the checkin to occur on a branch.  Either Johan or I
should move that code to a branch ASAP.
