[Zope-Coders] 2.6 branch test failures

I'd like to fix the bogus TAL test failures under the 2.6 branch we see
here.

The test failures are related to entity parsing in the TAL tests
(particularly the fact that expat chokes on the unknown entity
"&HarryPotter;" when the 2.6 branch is tested).

The machine on which the automated tests run has expat 1.95.4-1. Oddly,
on another machine that has expat 1.95.2-6, the test failure does not
occur.    I would have chalked this up to stricter rules in the later
version of expat, except the same tests pass on the machine on which the
automated tests run under the 2.7 branch and HEAD.  There is some
difference between the 2.7 branch/HEAD and the 2.6 branch that allows
these tests to pass under the more recent one.

I've diffed the TAL and Shared.DC.xml modules in the 2.6 branch against
the one in the 2.7 branch, but nothing jumps out.  If anybody has any
ideas, I'm all ears.  I could just downgrade the test machine's expat
libs, I suppose, but that'd just be fixing the symptom.
