[Zope-Coders] test output changes

I've changed the tests run on plope.com in the following ways:

 - all test mails have a subject line in the format
   "[success] -- [generic] -- [specific]", where [success]
   is one of "OK" or "FAIL (failures=n errors=n)", [generic]
   is "Z2 Tests/Linux" and [specific] is the combination of
   Zope/Python versions that were tested.  Steve is going
   to change his autoscraper around to deal with this, but it
   might be a few days.

 - I've added tests of the Zope HEAD and 2.7 branch against the
   Python release23-maint branch.
