The only thing holding up the replacement of dcpyexpat was the lack of a 
volunteer.  I guess you've solved that problem. ;-)

OFS/XMLExportImport.py is indeed the only module that uses it.

Looks good.  We'll need at least one test that verifies Zope can import 
a basic XML document.  checkDuplicate() in ZODB/tests/testZODB.py might 
give you a start, but it also does things you don't need.
