Not on so many different branches, but there were two distinct tests
affected by the relevant change in Python.  One was readily fixable;
I recall that making a similar change to this test would cause the
test to no longer test the same aspect of the TAL machinery.  The test
needs to be re-written, and I've not looked at it enough to decide
what the right test would be.
