I don't actually think having replies go to the checkins list is 
valuable.  What if we hard-wired the 'Reply-to' header to go to the 
appropriate -dev list?

Could we restrict the checkins to reject anything not coming from the IP 
of cvs.zope.org/svn.zope.org?
