It's just a case of one two many sets of double dots.  To fix, delete the first '../' from the link to Caching.stx in both help files.

(I'd attach my patch but can't seem to attach files to issues I didn't originate.)

In the Zope help system, go to StandardCacheManagers and
click on either one of the cache managers. The help text
will appear, with on top the following text:

For background information, see the description of cache management.

and this links to:

http://localhost:8080/Control_Panel/OFSP/Help/Caching.stx

this link is broken, however. I just tried it in Zope 2.4.1 and there it works.
