[Zope-DB] installing gvibda on windows XX

I have some trouble to install the gvib DA on the
windows system :
the dll is installed in the
zope\lib\python\products\gvibDA\gvib
how install the plateform generic gvIB, do we need to
perform the make file ? the rm  command -and so on- is
not valid ... when the make is running,
the gvib-ib.1.8.win32-py2.1.exe is installed in the
zope\lib\python\products\gvibDA but when this program
is running no python installation appear to be
installed.
What's wrong ?
