[Zope-DB] Installing DCOracle2

hi Micheál,

I think the .gz file should be a tar archive (.tar), so try renaming the 
unzipped DCOracle2-1.2
	mv DCOracle2-1.2 DCOracle2-1.2.tar
then untarring
	tar -xvf DCOracle2-1.2.tar
and see what happens
