[Zope-DB] Status and future of OracleStorage

OracleStorage is broken for Oracle 9.2+ I think, due to some change in 
Oracle truncating certain LONG responses from stored procedures.

I don't use OracleStorage, so I don't have any itch to scratch to fix 
it.
