[Zope-dev] Is ZFormulator alive?

I am currently checking ZFormulator and could import the demo,
but was unable to add new input fields.  Zope was asking for
authorization (but I had already 'manager' role). 
Working with Zope 2.3.

I hope it's not difficult to fix this.
