No they are not. AFAIK there are only two features that have fallen
out of maintainability, and that's ZClasses and the Zope support for
ZODB version (which is more or less useless anyway). None of these got
deprecated, they just broke.
Deprecation is a sign that "this feature no longer lives here, but
over here instead".
