Nope. Although I currently only test that case.

Should be, but it's not tested yet.

While talking about this, what would a ZPT implementation of this best
look like? An i18n:count statement that takes expressions?

   <p i18n:translate="" i18n:count="view/file_count">There are %d files</p>
