[Zope-dev] Publishing our company internal Zope extensions and fixes

A subset of our changes landed on the current 2.12 trunk:

Most of the stuff are bugfixes and minor improvements. The only major
new feature is the introduction of publication events.

All other patches submitted to Launchpad are not subject for inclusion
for the Zope 2.12 release.

All patches are based on work by Dieter Maurer and released with
kind permission of Haufe Mediengruppe, Freiburg. Thanks!
