[ZWeb] dev.zope.org 502 proxy error

I'm getting intermittent errors trying to get random pages from
dev.zope.org.  Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't.

   The proxy server could not handle the request
   GET /Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ParsedXML/UserAppliesEdits.
   
   Reason: Document contains no data
   
   Additionally, a 502 Bad Gateway error was encountered while trying to
   use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
