[ZWeb] wiki html option

My mistake, sorry on a Wiki im used to there are different options. Looking
at it more closely its a bit of a hack. Yes html is rendered in the
structured text but you can get into a real mess with html and structured
text, so we found it useful to give a html only option, kind of between
structured text and plain text. There is a real advantage to that in my
mind. Anyway thats fine, thanks. Sorry to be a pain.
