i wrote up a user guide to the ratings product that
gives a little more friendly introduction to using it,
since its currently fairly divorced of ui integration
with any of the existing skins.

i also added a new version that fixes a minor problem
rsulting from the renaming of the method names to be
consistent with the CMF.
