[ZWeb] erm assumptions

If we do that, though, we'll just have recreated ZopeZen, Zope Stories, 
etc.  IMO, this is one of those cases where we think the solution to a 
problem of writing words is to write software. :^)

Instead, we just need to write words, again, IMO.
