[ZWeb] want to join the nzo project

ahem, well i've been on the list awhile but hadn't realized one was supposed
to give an introduction.

I'm interested in writing use cases and making skins for nzo, as well as
misc other stuff.

at this particular moment i'm pretty busy but will have some serious time on
my hands soon and am eager to help out.

Just want to make this known. :)
