They differ from the 1.5.1 versions.
They are the same as the 1.5.2b1 versions.

While Zope should work with the older versions, you won't we
able to read Principia databases without the newer
versions (or without compileing the older versions with the
special define to enable the binary floating-point pickle format).

BTW, 1.9.0 *should* support Principia databases. 
If you would like to start migrating Principia databases
to Zope, I suggest trying and letting us know if you 
have a problem.  Note that you may have to wait until
certain products, like Confera, are migrated.
