[Zope] how to ZODB 2 when using pcgi w/Zope2.0.0b3 ?

The "-2" option is no longer supported in the 2.0 betas.
If you need to use ZODB2, you'll have to stay with Zope
1.10.3 for now, since Zope 2 is ZODB3 only.
