[Zope] replacing the plus and minus icons in trees

As I don't have my Zope machine here I cannot give you a precise answer.
However, in general, p_ refers to the www directory within the product.
Hence, the pl & mi will be within a WWW under lib/python/App or some such
place as plain gif files.
