[Zope] replacing the plus and minus icons in trees

I wrote a patch a while ago that allows you to change the plus and minus 
images of your tree. I am not sure wether or not I posted this to the 
Collector, but it hasn't (yet) made it to the Zope2 distribution. What 
version of Zope are you using? I might be able to provide you with a patch.
