[Zope] Compile/install as one user, run as another

Let's assume that I compile up Zope as myself but I'd like to start the
Zope daemon up as a sandboxed user (chroot-ed, etc.) What are the
critical
files that the sandboxed user needs to be able to read and write?
Everything
in the var diretory?
