[Zope] unknown properties of ZClass-Instances

Since a few weeks I'm having fun with ZClasses and I like them very much.

At the moment I am designing a ZClass with a Basic propertysheet (all
instances share the same properties of the Basic Property Sheet), but I want
it to have another property-sheet called "individual" where my users can
insert properties of their own. Unluckily I don't know which names the users
will choose or even which kind of properties (strings, dates ...) they will
insert.

I heard something about multiple selection list, but I did not understand
everything about it. Am I shooting in the right direction?
